There's not much better than losing oneself in a book. My earliest memories are hidden under my bed covers with a torch reading about the fantastical lands in The Magic Faraway Tree or going on adventures with The Famous Five.  As I have grown older nothing has changed I still find myself escaping reality for an epic saga.

 

A short while ago I enrolled on a creative writing course and I have never looked back.  I'm not sure I have any 'natural talent' but I enjoy creating things that never existed before.

 

I have now completed my BA English Literature and Creative Writing in which I achieved first class honours and I'm about to embark on my MA in Creative Writing.

 

What else do you need to know?  Well, I have 2 daughters and a grandaughter!  I also have a dog called Leo, I'm sure you will hear about him soon.  I enjoy taking wildlife photos (check them out).
